Standard Features

These features are available for every plan at every price point. You don't have to pay extra for the flexibility and convenience of these features.

Admin Portal Access: Take control of your account by utilizing our intuitive portal application.

Auto Attendant: Also known as an IVR (Interactive Voice Response), this feature allows callers to hear a menu of options, like "Press one for 'Sales' and press two for 'Support.'" IVR menus can be nested to create a truly customizable caller experience to meet your needs.

Call Center: Typically used for inbound calls, this feature can handle a large volume of calls. You can use the IVR feature from Voigo Communications to route calls to agents or groups of agents.

Call Blocking: You can set up call blocking on any or all of your inbound phone numbers. Users can choose to use the portal or any phone to block incoming phone numbers. Alternatively, you can set up user rights so that only administrators can block calls.

Call Broadcast: Broadcast an audio message to a list of phone numbers or extensions. Use Call Broadcast to set up a list of attendants that will be called and placed into a conference bridge.

Call Flow: Manually toggle calls from a primary call path to an alternate call path. This feature is primarily used as a day/night button, but call flows can be utilized in many different applications.

Call Forwarding: Users can forward incoming calls to another extension or an outside number.

Call Intercept: Answer any call on any phone.

Call Parking: Place calls on a company-wide hold. Any user can pick up parked calls from any phone.

Call Queues: Also known as a FIFO queue, this feature allows groups of users to monitor call queues for a simple call center configuration.

Call Records and Reports: Administrators can access real-time call record data and recordings, call statistics by date and time, and review extension details.

Call Transfer: Send calls to any internal extension or external number.

Call Waiting: This feature gives users the ability to answer multiple incoming calls, thus eliminating busy signals.

Company Contacts: Upload and maintain company contacts into multiple lists that can be automatically downloaded to individual phones or all phones.

Conference Rooms: Rooms can be set up with or without pins. Conference rooms can be grouped into conference centers or exist as stand-alone rooms.

Dial-by-Name Directory: This feature gives you a built-in module that allows callers to access user extensions directly by using the phone's keypad to enter a few letters of a user's name.

Do Not Disturb: Users can send incoming calls directly to voice mail with a simple press of a button.

E911 Dialing: Voigo Communications will register all your locations with nationwide coverage of basic and enhanced 911 dialing.

Follow-Me or Find-Me: Users can choose to call forward at their extension, set up multiple destinations, and even create a private ring group.

Group Pickup: Set up a ring group to answer any incoming call on any phone in the group

Hot Desking: Use this feature to log into any phone on your system and have your user profile and settings populated onto that device.

Intercom and Paging: Get a one-way or two-way hands-free intercom from extension to extension or to a group of extensions. Multiple paging groups are also available.

International Calling: Voigo Communications offers international calls anywhere in the world at a low rate.

Local and Long-Distance: All our plans include nationwide local and long-distance calling.

Local and Toll-Free Numbers: Add additional local or toll-free numbers to your account within any area code of the United States.

Music On Hold: Our voice platform includes default music on hold. Customers can provide branded music on hold for a customized experience for your callers.

Overhead Paging: Overhead paging speakers can be installed using additional hardware. Multiple paging zones are also available.

Scheduled Routing: Route calls based on a schedule. You can automatically pre-set holidays and other office closures.

Three-Way Calling: Start a conference call right on your phone.

Ring Groups: Call a single extension to ring a group of phones. Ring groups can also be used to ring a group of extensions on incoming calls.

Receptionist Dashboard: Using the customer portal at Voigo Communications, receptionists and operators can use an intuitive application to answer and route incoming calls.

Remote Configuration: All phone configurations are centrally stored in the cloud and changes are performed within the portal application from Voigo Communications.

Restricted Dialing: You can restrict extensions for outbound calling. Choose from none, local, and international for restrictions.

Voicemail: Enjoy built-in enhanced voicemail with multiple greetings. Login to our portal to manage or download voicemail audio files to your computer.

Voicemail to Email: When callers leave a voicemail, get a voicemail audio file emailed directly to one or more users.

Whisper and Eavesdrop: Whisper allows you to speak to only your employee, and eavesdrop lets you listen in to active calls for sales or training purposes.


Power User Features

These features are available for our Power User plans. These plans also include all the standard features listed above.

Personal Inbound Number: Each user can be assigned a phone number direct to their extension.

Personal Conference Rooms: Each user can be assigned a phone number direct to their extension.

Missed Call Alerts: Each user can be assigned a phone number direct to their extension.

Enterprise User Features

These features are available for Enterprise User plans. These plans also include all the features for Standard plans and Power User plans listed above.

Personal Auto Attendant: Present callers to your extension with a custom menu to allow them to choose how to reach you.

Unlimited Personal Fax: User will have a sharable E-Fax server, with a personal fax number for sending and receiving fax documents via E-Mail.

Call Recording: Can be setup to either record inbound, outbound or all calls, by extension. Users can also choose to call record on the fly.

Add-On Features

These features can be purchased for an additional cost and added to any of our plans.

E-Faxing: Send and receive emails without a fax machine. It's as easy as sending an email.

Call Accounting: Configure your clients with client codes. Users can enter these client codes so that all calls are assigned to client codes. You can also run and download call accounting reports for billing purposes.

High-Volume Call Centers: This add-on enhances the base call center feature at Voigo Communications. It's great for telemarketing groups and high-call-volume support departments.

Mobile Apps and Softphones: A free but optional configuration to use almost any 3rd party mobile or desktop SIP application.

Analog Devices: Add analog devices like fax machines, single line telephones via an ATA device (sold separately)

Vanity Numbers: Ask us about a vanity or custom local or toll-free phone numbers.

International Numbers: Get an international number from over 60 countries to ring in your office within the United States.

Voicemail Transcription: Have your voice-mails transcribed by our human-assisted transcription service.
