Customer Data Ownership and Confidentiality

Except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, or improve the Services, Voigo does not sell, rent, trade, mine, monetize, disclose, or share Customer data, Customer Content, CRM records, communications content, recordings, SMS/MMS data, contact information, or Customer’s customer information with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Customer retains ownership of Customer Content and business data submitted to or processed through the Services. Voigo accesses and processes such information solely as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, enforce agreements and policies, maintain platform security and reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, provide customer support, or as otherwise authorized by Customer.

Voigo does not use Customer communications content, CRM records, recordings, SMS/MMS content, or Customer customer data to train public AI models or generalized artificial intelligence systems without Customer authorization.

AI Features and Automated Processing

Certain Services may include AI-powered features such as transcription, summarization, analytics, sentiment analysis, automations, recommendations, or generated content. These features may process communications content, recordings, messages, CRM information, or other submitted data using Voigo systems or third-party AI providers.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unintended results, or misleading information. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

Communications Data and Consent

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required notices, disclosures, and consents relating to call recording, SMS/MMS messaging, voicemail, conferencing, transcription, monitoring, analytics, AI processing, or related communications activities.

Customers represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to transmit, store, process, and share communications and customer data through the Services.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, session tokens, analytics technologies, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services, authenticate users, remember preferences, improve functionality, analyze usage, and enhance user experience.

Users may control cookie settings through their browser or device settings; however, disabling cookies may impact functionality of certain Services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.

We may disclose or share information:

  • With carriers, upstream providers, payment processors, cloud providers, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other vendors necessary to provide the Services.

Such safeguards may include encryption technologies, firewalls, access controls, authentication systems, monitoring systems, and related security practices.

However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and Voigo cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Voigo may retain account information, communications data, recordings, logs, CRM information, transcripts, backups, and related records for periods determined by operational requirements, legal obligations, business purposes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, compliance requirements, or system backup procedures.

Customers are responsible for independently retaining copies of any information they require.

Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party carriers, software providers, cloud providers, AI providers, integrations, applications, and external platforms that are not controlled by Voigo. Voigo is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Voigo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
